The Person Behind Return Message
Abdul Khan
I grew up in Bulli on the south coast of NSW and studied Computer Science at the University of Wollongong. I've spent over 15 years building software, including time at Microsoft, and along the way I've founded multiple software products across different industries.
I built Return Message because I kept hearing the same story from tradies and service business owners: “I was on a job and missed the call. By the time I rang back, they'd already booked someone else.” That's a problem technology can fix, and it shouldn't cost a fortune or be complicated to set up.
